Ready to get ENERGIZED? The Fitness Source offers our Signature Blast Classes to members. The Blast Classes are non-choreographed, circuit style classes involving a variety of fitness modalities that will keep your body and mind guessing at every movement.

Looking for a different flow? Try our Hatha and Vinyasa YOGA Class. The Hatha portions will entail slower, longer posture holds and deep breathing while the Vinyasa portions will incorporate a more athletic/flowing pace consisting of one breath per posture.

Our nationally certified instructors are guaranteed to provide a high energy experience to all our class members.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT is a form of interval training that involves short bursts of super-intense exercise with periods of rest or lower intensity exercise in between. Instructor: Caroline Norton

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm

Step Blast

A high energy, low impact step mix that will keep your body moving.

Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 am.

Piyo Fusion

Find balance and flexibility with the mix of Mat Pilates and Yoga to sculpt and strengthen the core. 

Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10 am

YOGA

The Hatha portions will entail slower, longer posture holds and deep breathing while the Vinyasa portions will incorporate a more athletic/flowing pace consisting of one breath per posture. Combined, these styles will provide a ‘moving meditation’ experience. 

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 am
